Tatto wine dinner

For one night only, Tatto hosts this dinner that pairs Castello di Querceto wine with each dish. Sip on Vernaccia di San Gimignano as you are served canapés like bresaola with goat cheese on crostini and tomato bruschetta. An antipasti of beef carpaccio features the Chianti Classico 2011, while a gnocchi alla quarto formaggi pasta is complemented by the Sangiovese La Corte 2006. Another two dishes follow before you have an unbaked pineapple cheese cake paired with homemade lemoncello for dessert.
