Shortlisted for Best Meat in the Time Out KL Food Awards 2014, Ante has prepared a special menu for Christmas. The amuse bouche of foie gras parfait with port wine gelee on mustard chip kickstarts the meal, followed by braised pork cheeks on brioche toast with gorgonzola cream and pickled roots.
For the main course, choose from the rib eye pork steak medallion on pumpkin puree, the Norwegian salmon fillet with crispy skin, lemon cream sauce and candied black olives or the gnudi of ricotta cheese, shimeji mushrooms, pine nuts and parmesan sauce. End your meal with the Valrhona dark chocolate ganache, hazelnut praline feuilletine, earl grey cream and cocoa soil, and a cup of either coffee or tea.
