On Father's Day, treat dad to a hi-tea buffet featuring Spanish and Asian delights. On the Spanish side, expect pan-seared lamb, potato en salsa daejo, duck perfumed in garlic sauce, mero en salsa picante (fish in orange sauce), mejillones la marinera (mussel in parsley sauce) and paella Valencia. Asian options available include nyonya curry chicken, fish head curry, butter crab and more. If dinner is what you're looking for, on the eve of Father's Day (June 15), Utara Coffee House will also be serving a buffet dinner featuring an array of international dishes.
