No yoga experience is necessary for this one-and-a-half hour workshop, which is open to couples in the second trimester and onwards. Couples will learn breathing exercises and yoga poses to help ease the strains of pregnancy and prepare for labour while they strengthen their bond with each other and their baby. There will also be coaching in techniques to alleviate possible depression before and after the birth as well as a calming meditation session.
