Swarupa is equipped with custom made props, such as benches and rope walls and offers 20 regularly scheduled classes that include restorative yoga, meditation yoga, prenatal yoga and yoga for kids. Private classes as well as seminars to help you understand the philosophy of yoga are also on offer. Each session costs around RM35.
