Sutra Music Academy

In the short time since the Sutra Academy was established, it has become recognised as a dynamic and brave school of dance where kids and adults alike can receive training in traditional, classical and contemporary dance techniques. Look at a list of the best and brightest dancers in the country and you’ll find plenty of Sutra Academy alumni. The renowned Ramli Ibrahim, whose talents have lit up the international as well as the home stage, conducts classes for kids on Sundays. There are also classes in classical Indian and folk dance (bharatanatyam and Odissi), ballet and body conditioning. Classes are structured for both children and adults, and are available at beginners, intermediate and advanced levels.
