Time Out says

Fête de la Musique, which debuted in Malaysia in 2001, returns with a collection of French and local  musical talents, who will be performing on two separate dates and locations. This year’s French World Music Day celebrations see French indie-pop band Pony Pony Run Run (pictured) headlining the May 31 festivities along Jalan Mesui, with compatriots Garoswing showcasing acoustic variations of renowned poet/composer Claude Nougaro’s greatest songs at Piazza, The Curve on Jun 15.

Catch a slew of pop, jazz, reggae, rock, R&B and electronic acts at various stages across Jalan Mesui’s many outlets, including Pisco Bar, Table 23, Palate Palette, No Black Tie, Limablas, Lobby, Lust and The Establishment (where Nantes trio Pony Pony Run Run will be treating festival-goers to its brand of catchy dance-tinged pop). Meanwhile, at Piazza, The Curve, local outfits Wanted Symphony, An Honest Mistake and Tashya’s Ink are slated to perform alongside accordion, double bass, piano and drums combo Garoswing.
