Footballers, here’s your chance to shine. Tiger Beer is bringing back Tiger Street Football – tournaments that will see teams of six competing for a grand cash prize and a trophy presented by the legendary Rio Ferdinand.
Tiger Street Football will kick off with a series of Regional Qualifiers beginning in KL from mid-July, followed by matches in Penang and Johor. The top teams from these qualifiers will then go on to compete against each other in the Grand Finals, where the winning team will walk away with RM10,000, the trophy and bragging rights.
All you have to do is form a team of six and register on the website to participate.
The Grand Finals between the top teams from all three qualifiers will be held on July 27 at the Tiger Street Football Festival at TREC KL. Look forward to a variety of football-related activities, live music, plenty of food and ice-cold Tiger beer, of course. There will also be a contest to win footballs and jerseys signed by Rio Ferdinand or the chance to meet the man himself.
