Time Out says

The 21-year-old Aussie star Will Sparks is back in town this month. The young Melbournite started DJing when he was only 16, dropping out of school to compose electronic music in his bedroom. He performed at local pubs and clubs and posted his music on SoundCloud, quickly earning global popularity with what he calls his ‘Melbourne sound’ – a glorious fusion of progressive/electro and psy-trance. One of his tracks,‘Ah Yeah’ made it to number three on the Beatport charts at the end of 2012. A remix of ‘Hello’ then hit the number one spot.

His rapid international success earned him awards like Breakthrough Artist of the Year by inthemix. Still dizzy from his speed-climb to fame, Sparks has now left home to tour the US and Europe. Since then, he has scored a spot on the bills of Tomorrowland, Stereosonic and Future Music Festival. His tracks have received support by the likes of David Guetta, Hardwell, Madeon, Dada Life and other top-notch DJs.
