Livescape Asia’s battle plan this New Year’s Eve is to invade Life Centre with their ESCAPE:NYE party and the troops they’ve assembled for the Dec 31 attack are looking to be quite a stellar army. The line-up includes tech-trance DJ Marco V (Anjunabeats’ golden boy), British progressive house/trance DJ Mat Zo, popular homegrown trio GBX (Goldfish, Blink and Xu), and Pete Tong, BBC Radio 1 DJ and long-time resident DJ at Pancha nightclub in Ibiza.
The organisers promise the event will be ‘mind blowing’. And they mean it when they say they’re invading Life Centre, as not one but two party rooms are slated for the event; head to The Atrium if you’re after hip-hop and R&B acts, whilst KL Live is where the dancing is set to happen. Revellers can expect to usher in the New Year with variety, good beats and later boast about witnessing an event that KL hasn’t witnessed in almost a decade – ESCAPE:NYE will allegedly be the first time in close to ten years that four international acts have come together in a single spot to usher in the New Year.
