First launched in Korea in 1995, BBQ Chicken's secret lies in its marination process; the chicken is marinated in 30 types of natural spices for 12 to 15 hours for the meat to fully absorb the flavours. Signature items on the menu include the jerk BBQ chicken, golden olive chicken, Hot Hot Drums (hot and spicy drumsticks) and Korean charbroiled chicken.
