Classy steakhouse BEAST takes over from The BIG Group's Estate and looks every bit the gentleman’s club Benjamin Yong and co envisioned it to be. Plush leather armchairs and tattered Wes Anderson-style suitcases ominously sit in dark corners to create a setting that soaks in nonchalance. Choose from tenderloin, ribeye, striploin and porterhouse depending on your preferred lean-to-fat ratio, marbling and thickness. The cuts (ranging from RM50–RM130) are cooked in a Josper oven, a brand that’s made to model a charcoal barbecue set; this results in steaks that are charred on the outside with a distinct smokiness through the meat.
