Chatz Brasserie

Another hotel dining outlet, the Chatz Brasserie focuses on serving up the best of Asian and Western cuisine with the added bonus of a seafood buffet. Diners can choose to dine a la carte or buffet style but either way, sample the restaurant's signature pizza, cooked in a traditional wood-fire oven. The kids' menu resembles the adults', offering the usual fare ranging from pizza to noodle and rice dishes. If kiddies decide to join Mum and Dad at the buffet, they dine at half price. The younger ones will definitely not be bored as they scribble and colour with materials supplied by the staff. Balloons are also handed out every morning during breakfast.
