KL’s oldest Italian restaurant has stood the test of time and continues to serve some of the best fare at its new location off Jalan Tun Razak. Purveying the quality, rustic style of Italian cuisine typical of the stable of outlets that also includes Ciccio and Cipolla. Resembling an old fashioned Italian villa surrouded by a huge outdoor area, complete with manmade pond, Ciao is also a nice venue for weddings and medium-large scale functions. For kids, the staff recommends the risotto, pasta carbonara or one of the many homemade pizzas. For those with restless tots, choose to dine outside under the outdoor canop, so that the kids can play around the area. A rare facility in most standalone restaurant buildings, Ciao also has a toilet for disabled diners.
