You may have sunk your teeth into some of Jo Weng’s homemade cupcakes in the past year or so – soft, fluffy and sweet. As Jo’s orders escalated, he rented a space in Kelana Jaya for a bigger work space cum mini cupcake café. The cakes can be bought over the counter and you can stay for a cup of tea and light finger food. A portion of Jo’s cupcake range will be available at the café including the signature pineapple and lemon, chocolate ganache and red velvet. Not being a fan of butter cream, he opts for cream cheese frostings and makes his cakes smaller to avoid a cloying experience.
