Dish Deli specialises in frozen homecooked meals without the preservatives that most frozen meals are ridden with, cooked by real chefs and then ‘blast frozen’ which retains the texture and taste better. The meals are also available (and cooked fresh) for dining at their café in Solaris. Fares are mostly comfort food, such as the fisherman’s pie, Lancashire hotpot and chicken casserole. For the weekends, there is the weekend roast set of roast beef, lamb or chicken – all served with pudding of the day. Wide range of kid’s meals which includes a brand of baby food called Gourmet Goo. Free wifi and cosy lounge area.
