Many places forgo the most important element of yee sang preparation – the
freshness of the ingredients. At the Elegant Inn however, we were as excited about the fresh skilfully sliced fillets as we were about their delicately shredded vegetables and garnishing that accompanied the dish. Other
menu items include gelatinous pig stomach soup with peppercorn and salted vegetables that brimming over with scallops, chicken strips and Yunnan ham.
