The newly fired pizza parlour situated a floor beneath The Red Beanbag is like a cross between an American diner and an Italian pizzeria. The untouched brick walls and vintage American adverts lend it a comforting vibe, and with time, the scraping of dough into their wood fire oven will do the same. Owners Maryam and Hamid wanted to create a setting that heartens customers to sit and yak over pizza for hours, and the menu encompasses the standard tomato-eggplant toppings while some entries are more peculiar, like the kimchi pizza. Bear in mind that the crusts here are rolled out thickly for a fluffier, chewier experience. Sandwiches, pastries and coffees round up this simple but reassuring new nook.
