Dining in a red and black interior, patrons of the restaurant are all there in search of Flam’s signature dish – the tarte flambé, which looks like a flattened pizza but with chewier dough and uses delectable cream cheese as its base with lots of different toppings to choose from. Another popular dish among patrons is the carpaccio (sliced raw beef) with avocado, asparagus and grated parmesan cheese.
