Brought to you by the folks behind Fukuya, Fukuden is one of the first Japanese restaurants in KL to specialise in robatayaki (available only for dinner), food cooked over charcoal. Customers can choose from the vast array of ingredients on the counter and watch Chef Yang sear their dinner over a sizzling grill. The extent of seasoning before cooking is a sprinkling of sea salt, allowing the natural flavours of produce like lobster, beef, lamb and Japanese vegetables to come through. Tempura and teppanyaki are alternative options and are served in private rooms.
