Time Out says
Gyuichi is a Japanese BBQ restaurant where the air-flown beef are things of specialty, as exemplified in the spicy Wagyu beef ramen. Pork takes a moment away from the spotlight as that other great Japanese invention, Wagyu beef comes to the fore. The rich red soup holds all manner of things in this ramen – tender shreds of beef, heaps of finely sliced scallions, cabbage and coddled egg share space, with of course, the ramen itself. Sprinkled with the fragrant crunch of sesame seeds, the dish has a sneaky, slow-warming spiciness that creeps up on the back of your throat.
