Pah Lok Chiu Chow serves up Teochew dishes associated with the Guangdong province of China, and is the sister to the renowned Pak Loh Restaurant in Hong Kong. The slow braised goose is one of the signatures here, served with pork fillet, pork intestine, pig's ear and bean curd.
