Papa John’s boast is that their pizza dough and ingredients are always fresh, never frozen.  This results in a chewier pizza crust and more interesting toppings – they’re definitely fond of the Jalapenos here. Their promise is in delivering consistent superior-quality pizza. No authentic wood-fired ovens, but it’s definitely one of the better fast food chains.
