Restaurant Wong Kee
Time Out says
The roast pork here, crispy skinned, marbled with melting fat, and fork tender, is worth queuing for. And that’s just what locals do, well before the owner begins serving it, at 12.30pm sharp. Arrive too late and you’ll have to settle for the roast chicken instead which, while tasty, can’t hold a candle to the pig.
