The dim sum menu is available for lunch with an applaudable variety. A memorable aspect of this restaurant is the manner in which they serve tea – through a metre-long sprout kettle by a tea server that performs martial arts, dance and gymnastics, refining tea art long abandoned by many Chinese restaurants.
