Uncle Jang's various outlets specialise in one thing, and one thing only - dak galbi. Marinated diced chicken, cabbage and tteok (rice cake) are stir-fried on a hot plate together with chili pepper sauce. Ramen, rice, cheese and other extras can be added upon request while complimentary lettuce, kimchi and pickled onions are served.
