Bakar buka puasa dinner

Bakar's specially crafted buka puasa meal offers Lebanese flatbread with hummus, eggplant caviar and chive yogurt, as well as fattoush salad for starters. Move on to ikan bakar with rocket leaves, dill, tomatoes and grilled lemon, and then feast on 12-hours slow-cooked lamb shoulder with long grain rice, mint yogurt and dukkha.
