Cantaloupe presents Six Hands Dinner, a nine-course menu showcasing the skill of three international chefs: Troika Sky Dining Executive Chef and Director Christian Bauer, Spanish Chef Alvar Ayuso Thorell of Alvart and Singaporean Chef Jet Lo of Ding Dong, who will each present three dishes paired with wine. Expect sea urchin royale with seaweed and raifort, roast cod milt, molé poblano and chilli fried oats, five-spice lamb ribs with green chilli ketchup, vanilla sponge cake, truffle jus, apricot jus and foie gras snow, crispy duck curry with cauliflower and passion fruit, and many more.
