Highlights of the menu include yee sang with crispy soft-shell crab, braised sun-dried oyster with sea cucumber, 'Jin Sha'-style spicy slipper lobster, sautéed fresh scallop with fresh lily pulp in homemade spicy XO sauce, double-bolied China pear with red dates, and more. A special homemade koi fish-shaped nian gao is also available for purchase. There will also be a lion dance performance at the hotel lobby on Feb 3 at noon.
