At Chai Bar, you can build your own salad or pick from their all-time favourite combinations including Caesar, Cobb, Chicken Rice, Sombrero (read: Mexican-style) and the Japanese-inspired California Girls (think of it as deconstructed sushi). If you prefer to make your own, a regular size (RM19.50) gets you one base, five supplements, two premiums, and a protein, topping and dressing. Choices are aplenty, so prepare to spend some time picking what you want. For something light (even lighter than salad), order one of their smoothies, or cool down with a juice (the kaffir lemonade comes recommended). Also, look out for Chai Bar's seasonal salads for more offbeat combinations.
