Charity menu at THIRTY8

Dine on a four-course meal designed by chef Michael Eschmann and help underprivileged children at Stepping Stones Living Centre. As part of THIRTY8’s charity initiative, ten percent of the revenue will be donated to the centre. The menu features a rotation of dishes such as braised Australian lamb shoulder and poached ocean trout.
