Get a taste of Nobu Dubai in KL this July as Nobu Corporate Chef and Chef de Cuisine of Nobu Dubai, Chef Hervé Courtot showcases a curated menu of popular dishes from Nobu Dubai. Expect Chilean sea bass with yuzu white chocolate sauce, lobster and eggplant furikake, and Guanaja pineapple tartar with coconut lime Szechuan. Guests will be able to meet him and Executive Chef of Nobu KL, Chef Philip in person, as well as curate their own eight-course dinner as part of the Chef's Table menu.
