Dynasty Chinese New Year menu

Executive sous chef Kok Chee Kin has constructed seven festive set menus for parties of two to ten, featuring a diverse menu made from the freshest ingredients for healthy feasting. They will also be offering traditional dishes such as poon choy and claypot waxed meat rice.
