Those familiar with Fierce Curry House's Hyderabadi dum biryani will find an equally stellar dish at this swanky outpost, which is outfitted like a modern restaurant-bar befitting Solaris Dutamas’s posh vibe. Every steel bowl that emerges from the kitchen contains the fragrant, fluffy basmati rice – either flavoured with mutton, chicken or fish – everyone has been clamouring about. The contemporary setting, great service and immaculately prepared meals immediately call to mind a North Indian cuisine stalwart. Watch out, things are about to get fiercer.
