FOOK

By the same people behind the Tamarind group of restaurants, FOOK is a restaurant and lounge that takes inspiration from East Asian culture, incorporating it into everything from its interiors to the cuisine, and even its name (which is the Chinese word for 'prosperity'). The kitchen serves modern interpretations of traditional dishes from Southeast Asia, China, Japan and Korea, and the bar offers farm-to-glass cocktails as well as a curated list of organic wines and Asian spirits.
