You'll start with cream of roasted mushroom soup with garlic cream and truffle oil with cheese bruschetta, or hass avocado salad and honey-lemon dressing with crispy corn tortilla. Move on to main course choices such as grilled Australian veal loin in a grape-wine sauce or grilled Norwegian salmon in a yoghurt-dill sauce.
