Marry the humble roti canai and the divisive King of Fruits and what you get is the odd but winning roti canai durian. Together with dishes such as Roti Jala Surf and Turf and Satay in Scotch egg, the three items crafted by the restaurant's executive chef Antoine Rodriguez (who was challenged by Le Meridien fans via a Facebook contest) will be available on Gastro Sentral's menu until April 30.
