Grand Millenium Hotel’s most recent addition to its dining scene is Hanaya, operated by the same team behind Ten Japanese Fine Dining. Have a seat at the sushi bar where you can see them prepare sushi right in front of you. The restaurant also does an eight-course omakase dinner that consists of an appetiser, soup, entree, sashimi, one grilled and steamed dish, sushi and dessert. Hanaya uses seasonal ingredients for some of its dishes and wagyu beef from the Akita prefecture in Japan.
