Hennessy X.O is hosting a special dinner at enfin by James Won to showcase its seven iconic tasting notes. The House of Hennessy has specially handpicked the chefs behind the menu: Paris-trained chef James Won himself; and Chef Nurdin Topham of the one-Michelin-starred Nur in Hong Kong, which specialises in field-to-table dining.
For this special dinner, both chefs went to Sabah for inspiration – and some of nature’s finest and freshest offerings. With that in mind, you can expect dishes that will complement the cognac’s complex flavours impeccably.
