Jiangsu cuisine, also known as Su cuisine, achieves its rich cooking style from an amalgamation of regional flavours from Nanjing, Suzhou and Yangzhou. For the month of October, braised garoupa fish with mushrooms, brisket, ginger and vinegar soup, chilled brine duck Nanjing-style, deep fried chicken wings with mustard, steamed cod fish with minced chicken paste and poached bean curd, brisket, and mushrooms with cordyceps flower in soup will be available on the menu.
