Celebrate the festival of lights with a shared platter of Khushi Spice's North Indian food. The colourful Khushi Ka Khazanaa platter is an amalgamation of six recipes by Chef Surbeer highlighting various proteins. Chicken is marinated in three ways with lemon sauce, garlic paste and mint sauce. Dig into succulent lamb tikka marinated with special tandoori paste and eat your way through fish achari tikka marinated with pickle, and crispy fried prawn marinated with Indian spices. There will also be naan and a bowl of Khushi Spice's signature biryani rice. If the platter leaves you wanting more, have jhinga curry, rogan josh and mango kulfi from the a la carte menu. Remember to complement the platter with Chef Surbeer's chilli and garlic paste.
