French restaurant La Belle Saison opened earlier in 2016 in Kota Kemuning. Helmed by Chef Quah Jit Hu who has worked in Fouquet’s Toulouse and the three-Michelin-starred Le Pré Catelan in Paris, La Belle Saison serves up homely French dishes, all capably executed. While set lunches are available on weekdays, their dinner items are affordably priced as well. Go for the roast chicken marinated in honey and soy sauce that’s beautifully roasted with equal amounts of smokiness and flavour. Another highlight: tart of caviar aubergine and tomato confit plus tomato salad with balsamic vinegar – fresh ingredients, wonderful textures. Well worth checking out.
