At Lai Po Heen, choose from a traditional set menu with yee sang (sliced abalone in Thai dressing, yellow fin tuna and salmon, soft-shell crab and snow pear, assorted vegetables and fruit in sesame dressing) for lunch and dinner, or splurge on a dim sum lunch, specially designed by Chef Ricky Thein. The dim sum menu includes dishes such as Shanghai-style dumplings with black truffle, foie gras dumplings, double-boiled chicken soup with Korean pear and more.
