At Lai Po Heen, choose from a traditional set menu with yee sang (sliced abalone in Thai dressing, yellow fin tuna and salmon, soft-shell crab and snow pear, assorted vegetables and fruit in sesame dressing) for lunch and dinner, or splurge on a dim sum lunch, specially designed by Chef Ricky Thein.
