The reunion dinner (Jan 27-30) serves Eight Treasure Imperial Chicken stuffed with assorted seafood wrapped in lotus leaf, Eight Auspicious Dishes cooked live from the Chinese kitchen, a dinner spread of 80 dishes and all-you-can-eat yee sang, as well as free flow oolong tea. For the festive everyday dinner (Jan 31-Feb 11), expect Eight Auspicious Dishes with seafood, an 80-dish spread, and unlimited yee sang and oolong tea.
