Time Out says

This unassuming stall inside Medan Selera Taman Selayang Jaya might be a bit difficult to find for those who don’t read Chinese. The stall is located right at the entrance of the food court and has a yellow sign with red Chinese characters. Behind a blue wooden exterior is Lee Tech Sin who mans the single-wok kitchen, frying up plates of aromatic oh chien (oyster omelette) and fried rice. Instead of using a cast iron griddle to cook the oh chien like we’re used to seeing, Lee fries each batch individually in her well-seasoned wok. This gives the omelettes an extra depth of flavour, and a crispiness that goes well with the creamy oysters. Although the oh chien is the star dish, we recommend you order the fried rice too for a complete, if not greased up, comfort meal (which you can get from RM6.50).
