Concorde Hotel's Melting Pot Café will be having a special Nyonya spread this March, curated by guest chef Adriana Tan from Ayer Keroh, Melaka. The buffet will feature the best of Straits Chinese and Peranakan flavours. Look out for her famous Nyonya laksa and mee siam, and grab a bowl before it runs out. Expect dishes like ayam pong teh, sek ark, Nyonya-style asam pedas and more.
