Taking up a large space on the third floor of Mid Valley, Mini Mini café’s namesake is not so much its food portion but the miniature doll theme in its décor. The space is also playfully decked in shades of pink and white with paper lanterns hanging from the ceiling and white cupboards housing bigeyed miniature dolls, which may be creepy if you stare at them long and hard.
The menu is rather extensive, with a selection of popular Western and Asian dishes and different kinds of beverages. A crowdpleaser is the miniature Trio burger, which is a selection of three kinds of mini burgers – salmon patty served in mantao, chicken patty in charcoal bun, and beef patty in whole meal bun.
They’ve recently started an All-Day Long promotion where for RM9.90, you get your choice of main course and a soft drink. Besides the main menu, they have a neat selection of desserts; we had the Fruity Pavlova, a pink pavlova topped with cuts of strawberry and kiwi. Creepy eyes aside, Mini Mini café is a family-friendly place, with plenty of space to park your strollers, bags and everything else.
