With the halls of Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur decked in red and silver this Christmas, chef de cuisine Andreas Block and his team present a spread of culinary delights at Mosaic, one of the best all-day dining restaurants in the city. Menu highlights: slow roasted beef prime ribs, roasted turkey, roasted pumpkin with maple and cinnamon, Christmas puddings and more. Check out the carollers at the Grand Staircase on Christmas Eve (6pm-7.30pm) and Christmas Day (12.30pm-1.30pm).
