myBurgerLab is the burger equivalent of fictional coffeehouse Central Perk. Friendly staff line the counters and regulars fill up the brimming space by dinnertime. We suggest you try A Beautiful Mess, a sloppy beef burger, which comes with massive fried portabella mushrooms, a sunny side-up egg and mozzarella cheese. The jet black bamboo charcoal buns are standard fare here. Crispy with a light crust on the outside and moist on the inside, the thin patty is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Patties here are prepared using a ‘smash’ technique where the ground-beef mixture is formed into flattened balls and mashed, a method which retains the meat’s natural juices.
