Ploy Mother's Day menu

Celebrate Mum’s Day in style at Japanese-Thai restaurant PLOY, which will be serving up an all-new menu specially for the occasion. In true Japanese-inspired Thai style, the four-course menu will feature dishes from both sides of the cuisine. Start off with snacks such as unagi tacos (unagi nestled in a thin slice of cucumber) or ploy miang kham (smoked scallop and assorted spices stuffed in a betel leaf parcel), then pick an appetiser from chicken paitan soup or sliced tuna with green mangoes. Mains include pan-seared grouper in a light red onion cream dashi with asparagus and Korean wildcard kochujang crispy chicken with white miso and chili. For dessert, it’s a little surprise in the form of a chocolate bomb. This menu will only be available on May 7 and 8, at PLOY Damansara Heights and PLOY Publika.
